Ingredients
- 16 heart cherries
- 400 ml white wine
- 4 tbsp Grappa
- 4 sprigs Mint
- 4 sprigs lemon balm
- 400 ml sparkling wine
Instructions

Wash cherries, distribute into four glasses and drizzle each with 1 tbsp Grappa.

Add washed herb sprigs, pour over white wine, chill for 30 minutes. Before serving top with cold sparkling wine.
