Blinis with Salmon

Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 1 heaping tsp baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 1 pinch salt
- oil (for frying)
- 300 g gravlax salmon (thin slices with herb rim)
- 200 g Sour Cream
- dill

Whisk the eggs, add the milk, then incorporate the flour, baking powder, and salt; beat well for 1-2 minutes with an electric hand mixer. Heat oil in a pan and cook the blinis on both sides until golden brown. Keep warm.

For serving place two blinis on a preheated plate, arrange salmon into rosettes on top of the blinis, add 1 tbsp sour cream, season with pepper, and garnish with dill sprigs.
