Ingredients

  • 150 g buckwheat flour
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 20 g yeast (½ cube)
  • 300 ml lukewarm milk
  • 2 tbsp liquid butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • butter fat for frying
  • 200 g Sour Cream
  • caviar to taste

    Separate the eggs. Mix the flours together. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and stir it into the flour mixture along with the liquid butter and salt; cover and let rise in a warm place.

    Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold them into the dough before baking.

    Heat some butter fat in a pan, drop spoonfuls of dough onto it, flatten slightly, and cook until golden brown on both sides. Keep warm.
