A blackberry peach cocktail for health-conscious connoisseurs. Blackberries are rich in calcium and vitamins A, C, and E.

Ingredients
- 200 g large ripe peaches (1 large ripe peach)
- 200 g blackberries (frozen or fresh)
- 100 ml sparkling mineral water (ice cold)
Instructions

Wash the peach, pat dry, halve it and remove the pit. Quarter the peach; from one quarter slice 2-3 thin slices and set aside. If using fresh berries, rinse them, then pat dry.

Dice the remaining peach and blend with the berries in a stand mixer until smooth. (Add frozen fruit without thawing.)

Pour the puree into a glass and top with sparkling mineral water. Garnish with the peach slices.
