Apple-ginger spritzer: This drink made from apple and ginger contains no fat and very few calories. It also boosts the body's fat metabolism.

Ingredients

  • 12 g ginger (1 piece)
  • 3 stems mint
  • 100 ml cloudy apple juice
  • 100 ml cold mineral water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Peel the ginger, cut it into pieces and press each portion through a garlic press over a glass.

    Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves and slice them into thin strips. Add the strips to the ginger juice.

    Add the apple juice and ice cubes to the glass, stir well, top with mineral water and enjoy immediately.
