Ingredients
- 400 g puff pastry
- 2 tbsp liquid butter
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
- 200 g mascarpone
- 200 g quark
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 250 g black and red currants
- mint (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 200°C with fan and top heat.

Spread the puff pastry and cut out 12 hearts. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush with butter, dust with powdered sugar and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Whisk mascarpone, quark, lemon juice, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Press the puff pastry hearts slightly into the surface and fill with the cream (using a piping bag if desired). Rinse the currants, pat dry, remove stems and spread over the cream. Dust with powdered sugar and serve garnished with mint.
