- 350 g linguine
- Salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp truffle oil
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- parsley
- 6 tbsp trout caviar
- 2 tsp lemon zest

Cook linguine in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain and set aside. Melt lemon juice, truffle oil, and butter in a small saucepan, season with salt and pepper, then toss with the pasta.
