Ingredients
- 400 g waxy potatoes
- 6 anchovies
- 1 Red Onion
- 100 g Sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 1 tsp Capers
- 4 slices black bread
- 100 g cream cheese
- frisée salad (for garnish)
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Wash the potatoes and steam them for about 30 minutes until cooked. Then peel and let cool to lukewarm.

Rinse the anchovies, pat dry and cut lengthwise in half. Peel the onion, halve it and slice into strips.

Combine the sour cream with lemon juice, honey, pistachios and capers.

Spread cream cheese on each bread slice. Slice the cooled potatoes and arrange them on the bread. Place the anchovy halves on top and drizzle with the sour cream mixture. Garnish with onion slices and frisée, then sprinkle pepper before serving.
