Ingredients
- 300 g mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 40 ml orange liqueur
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 400 g yogurt
- 200 ml whipping cream

Wash, trim, and pat dry the berries. In a blender combine them with honey, liqueur, and lemon juice; blend until slightly chunky.

Stir in the yogurt, then fold in the stiffly whipped cream.

Divide into serving molds and freeze for at least 4 hours. About 10 minutes before serving, remove from freezer and let sit briefly before scooping.
