- 200 g rolled oats
- 2 handfuls mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

Bring the milk, vanilla sugar, and oats to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer quietly for 10‑15 minutes until the oats have absorbed liquid and a creamy porridge forms; add more milk if desired. Divide into bowls.

Wash the berries and pat dry. Hull and halve the strawberries, then arrange them with blueberries on top of the porridge before serving.
