- 1 ready-made light sponge base
- 1 package vanilla pudding
- 0.25 l milk
- 800 g mixed red berries (wild strawberries, raspberries, currants)
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 piece mango
- 1 carambola
- 1 packet of red glaze
- 150 g almond flakes

Prepare the vanilla pudding with milk according to the package instructions. Wash and pat dry the berries. Spread the cooled pudding over the cake base and top with berries.

Prepare the glaze according to the package instructions, spread a little around the edge, then pour the rest over the berries. Toast almond flakes in a pan without fat and press them onto the cake rim.
