Banana Tart

Ingredients
- 1 pack frozen puff pastry
- 0.25 L whipping cream
- 4 eggs
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- Cinnamon
- 4 bananas
- juice of half a lemon

Let the puff pastry thaw, then roll it out into a circle slightly larger than the tart pan. Line the pan with the dough (with edge) and poke several holes in the bottom.

Peel the bananas and slice them. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Whisk the cream with 3 tbsp honey, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla sugar and pour over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.

Remove and top with banana slices. Brush with melted honey and bake another 10 minutes until golden brown.
