Berry Tiramisu

Treat yourself to a fruity dessert of special kind!
Ingredients
- 500 g mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, currants, raspberries, blueberries etc.)
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 6 ladyfingers
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 200 g mascarpone
- pink decorative sugar (optional)
Instructions

Wash the berries, rinse, pat dry, clean and cut into pieces if needed. Mix about half with 20 g powdered sugar in a bowl and lightly mash with a potato masher.

Break the ladyfingers into pieces and mix with the berries; distribute onto four small glasses.

Separate the eggs; beat yolks with remaining sugar until creamy. Stir in lemon zest, cinnamon, and mascarpone. Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into mixture. Spread cream over glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, scatter remaining berries on desserts and dust with pink sugar if desired.
