- 300 g low‑fat quark
- 150 ml unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
