Berry Tartlets

Ingredients
- 400 g frozen mixed berries (wild strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- sour cream
- 50 g marzipan base
- 180 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 50 ml whipping cream
- 150 g flour
- 1 vanilla bean (scraped seed)
- butter (for the baking tray)
- Flour (for the baking tray)
Instructions

For the shell dough, mix marzipan, sugar, vanilla seed, eggs and milk. Sift flour over the mixture and gradually stir in. Pass the dough through a fine sieve and let it rest for 1 hour. Grease the baking sheet with butter and dust with flour. Place a cardboard template with a hole of about 13 cm diameter on the sheet and spread the dough thinly and evenly onto the sheet with a spatula, remove the template and apply another dough circle. Bake in an oven at 190°C for about 6 minutes, keeping a close eye on the dough. Immediately lift the shell from the sheet with a spatula. Press warm shells into small molds or cups, remove after 1 minute and let cool.

To serve, fill the berry tartlets with berries, place them on a plate and drizzle with whipped cream.
