- 350 g blackberries
- 350 g blueberries
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 250 ml red grape juice

Wash, clean, and dry the berries gently. Puree them and strain through a sieve. Mix the puree with grape juice and sugar, transfer to a metal bowl, and place in the freezer for about 3–4 hours.

During this time stir every half hour. Before serving scoop spheres with an ice pop maker, arrange them in bowls, and garnish with a waffle piece.
