Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 100 ml carrot juice
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 0.5 tsp walnut oil
  • 2 leaves fresh lemon balm
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 500 ml milk
  • 250 g buttermilk
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 0.5 tbsp pear syrup
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 pinch piment
  • 400 g Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp unsalted chopped pistachios

Instructions

    Peel the mango, cut it into pieces removing the pit and blend with the juices and oil in a blender. Garnish the drink with lemon balm.

    Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh and add to the blender. Cut one large piece of lemon zest into fine strips, squeeze the lemon. Blend the avocado with lemon juice, honey, milk and buttermilk, pour into glasses and sprinkle with lemon zest.

    Quarter the pear, remove the core, peel and cut into wedges. Squeeze the lemon, combine with the pear, pear syrup and milk in the blender, blend, season with piment pepper and serve well chilled.

    Wash, clean strawberries and blend with orange juice, cane sugar and milk. Pour the mixture into two glasses, chill for about 30 minutes and serve sprinkled with pistachios.
