Berry Smoothie Bowl with Seeds

This colorful berry smoothie bowl with seeds from Spoonsparrow is a must-try for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 600 g Berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 300 g small bananas (2 small bananas)
  • 30 g Acai Powder (3 tbsp)
  • 600 g Soy yogurt alternative
  • 200 ml Almond drink (almond milk)
  • 30 g white sesame seeds (2 tbsp)
  • 30 g slivered almonds (2 tbsp)
  • 30 g Sunflower seeds (2 tbsp)
  • 30 g pumpkin seeds (2 tbsp)

Instructions

    Wash and drain the berries; set aside 50 g of blueberries and blackberries. Peel bananas, cut into pieces and blend with berries, acai powder, yogurt alternative and almond milk. Distribute smoothie in 4 bowls.

    For the topping, toast sesame seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds in a hot pan over medium heat. Let cool for 3 minutes. Arrange bowls with roasted seeds and nuts and remaining blueberries and blackberries.
