- 250 g red currants
- 250 g peeled rhubarb
- 500 g strawberries
- 0.125 l white wine
- 1 kg pectin sugar

Wash the rhubarb, cut into pieces, and steam in wine for a few minutes.

Wash the strawberries, strip the currants from their stems, lightly mash with a fork, then mix with the rhubarb and half of the pectin sugar.
