Ingredients

  • 250 g raspberries
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 250 g blackcurrants
  • 250 g rhubarb
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
  • 1 untreated lemon (juice)
  • 50 ml cassis

Instructions

    Rinse the jars and twist‑off lids hot and let them dry.

    Clean and de‑stem the raspberries. Wash, clean, de‑stem, and drain the remaining berries.

    Wash, peel thinly, and cut the rhubarb into about 1 cm thick pieces.

    Place the berries in a pot and mash with a potato masher; add the rhubarb. Stir in the gelatin sugar and lemon juice and bring to a boil while stirring. Simmer for about 4 minutes, then add the cassis.

    Pour the jam into the jars, seal them, and let them cool standing upright. Store in a cool, dark place.
