Berry Nicecream with Mint

Berry Nicecream from Spoonsparrow: Vegan ice cream with blueberries and blackberries – easy homemade!

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 50 ml oat drink (oat milk)
  • 0.5 Vanilla pod
  • 50 g frozen blackberries
  • 50 g frozen blueberries
  • 50 g fresh blueberries
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel bananas and cut into finger-thick pieces. Put everything in a freezer-safe bag and freeze for at least 4 hours.

    Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Blend frozen banana slices with oat milk, vanilla seeds and frozen berries in a powerful blender until creamy; add more liquid if desired.

    Wash and dry blueberries and some mint leaves. Pour Nicecream into two glasses, garnish with fresh blueberries and mint leaves, and serve.
