Ingredients
- 200 g heavy cream
- 1 glass forest berry sauce (ready-made or 150g forest berry jam)
- 40 ml raspberry liqueur
- 1 pack vanilla ice cream
- 1 pack waffle cones
- 8 mint leaves

Whisk the cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold in the forest berry sauce and raspberry liqueur.

Transfer the berry cream into a piping bag. Spoon the ice cream into individual serving bowls and decorate with the cream.
