Ingredients

  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 1 glass forest berry sauce (ready-made or 150g forest berry jam)
  • 40 ml raspberry liqueur
  • 1 pack vanilla ice cream
  • 1 pack waffle cones
  • 8 mint leaves

Instructions

    Whisk the cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold in the forest berry sauce and raspberry liqueur.

    Transfer the berry cream into a piping bag. Spoon the ice cream into individual serving bowls and decorate with the cream.
