Ingredients

  • 200 g mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, currants)
  • 0.5 orange (juice and grated zest)
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 400 ml cold milk
  • 300 g yogurt
  • lemon balm leaf for garnish

Instructions

    Wash the berries, drain them and blend with orange juice and vanilla sugar.

    Add orange zest, milk and yogurt and pulse briefly to combine.

    Pour the drink into tall glasses and garnish with berries and lemon balm as desired.
