Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 0.5 cup fresh raspberries
- 0.5 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 small Banana
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp delicate oatmeal
- honey (optional)

Wash the berries and let them drain. Peel the banana. Blend the berries, banana, yogurt, and oats in a blender on high speed.

Taste the creamy mixture with a bit of liquid honey. If the smoothie is too thick, thin it out with some water. Serve garnished with blueberries or other berries.
