Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp plant oil
  • 500 ml light beer
  • 120 ml whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. In a small pot, sauté in hot oil. Then deglaze with beer and let it reduce slightly.

    Add the cream and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Finally refine with crème fraîche and chives, seasoning with salt and pepper.
