Ingredients

  • 400 g Green Beans
  • 350 g beef (steak meat for quick searing)
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 50 ml beef broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 dried chili pepper
  • 1 tbsp toasted almond kernels

Instructions

    Slice the beef into thin strips. Mix oil and soy sauce and combine with the beef. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

    Wash, trim, and boil the beans in heavily salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain, shock in ice water, and let drain again.

    Heat oil in a wok over high heat, add the chili pepper and stir-fry the beef for 1 minute. Add broth, then the beans, and continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then fold in almonds before serving.
