Beef Skewers in the Pan

Ingredients

  • 800 g beef (fillet, loin or round)
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 red onions
  • 400 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash and dry the beef, then cut into cubes.

    Wash, trim, halve, seed, remove white membrane from the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Peel the onions, quarter them and separate the onion skins.

    Wash the tomatoes and pat dry with a paper towel.

  5. 5.

    Thread the ingredients alternately onto skewers. Sprinkle with thyme and drizzle with olive oil. Season the beef skewers in the pan with salt and pepper and cook for about 8 minutes, turning several times.
