Ingredients

  • 300 g cooked Tafelspitz
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cut the meat into fine strips. Halve the peppers, remove seeds, wash and cut into fine strips.

    Trim the spring onions, cut off ends and slice into thin rings. Peel the garlic and finely chop it.

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and mustard to make a dressing, pour over the salad and let stand for 20 minutes.
