Ingredients
- 8 large pork sausages (e.g., Regensburger)
- 150 ml lukewarm pork broth
- 1 tsp sharp mustard
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp germ oil
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
Instructions

Peel the Regensburger sausages, slice them thinly and place in a bowl.

For the dressing combine lukewarm broth, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper; whisk in the oil and pour over the sausage slices. Let marinate for at least 2 hours.

Before serving peel the onion, cut into rings and fold into the salad with the chives. Taste again.
