Ingredients
- 450 g beef fillet (sliced thinly)
- 5 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 chili peppers (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 stalk lemongrass (finely sliced)
- 2 carrots (sliced)
- 150 g sugar snap peas
- 150 g corn kernels
- 5 pancakes from the previous day torn into rough pieces
- sesame oil
- 200 g soy sprouts
- Thai basil
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- lime juice to taste
Instructions

Mix beef fillet with sake, soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate for about 1 hour.

Sauté lemongrass, garlic and chilies in 4 tbsp oil over high heat while stirring. Gradually add the meat, vegetables, pancakes and soy sprouts and cook. Season with a handful of Thai basil, fish sauce and lime juice.
