Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small kohlrabi
  • 400 ml vegetable broth (instant)
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 200 g small cauliflower florets
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Peel the carrots and kohlrabi. Slice the carrots into rounds, dice the kohlrabi into small cubes.

    Bring the vegetable broth to a boil and cook the carrots and kohlrabi for about 15 minutes. Remove some of the vegetables, puree the rest, and season with salt and pepper.
