Ingredients

  • 500 g green beans
  • Salt
  • 100 g thinly sliced ham
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • coarse pepper
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 100 g salad mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 500 g finely chopped mixed herbs (dill, parsley, chives, basil, a little tarragon and lemon balm)

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and cook green beans in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Dry well. Wrap small portions of beans with ham.

    Slice bread into thin strips and briefly toast them in hot olive oil. Let cool. Place the ham rolls on the toasted strips and sprinkle with coarse pepper.

    Finely chop eggs. Peel and dice onion. Mix eggs, onions, yogurt, and salad mayonnaise with salt and pepper. Stir in herbs. Arrange everything together.
