- 20 g butter
- 1 small onion
- 250 g ripe camembert
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- ground caraway
- 2 tbsp white beer (or cream)

Whisk the butter until fluffy. Peel and finely dice the onion. Place the camembert in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the chopped onions and butter. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and caraway, then mix well. Stir in some white beer to create a creamy sauce.
