- 2 mozzarella balls (125 g each)
- 20 basil leaves (large leaves)
- 2 tbsp shelled pistachios
- 2 Tomatoes
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper

Drain the mozzarella and cut into 20 pieces. Wash and dry the basil leaves. Chop the pistachios finely. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove seeds, and dice small.

Fill each basil leaf with a piece of mozzarella and top with tomato cubes and pistachios. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil if desired before serving.
