Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 80 g cottage cheese
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Lollo Bianco lettuce
  • 12 cucumber slices
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp watercress

Instructions

    Wash, rinse, and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

    Wash the radishes, remove the greens, and slice thinly.

    Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds and white membranes, and cut into fine strips.

    Spread the cottage cheese on the bread slices. Arrange the lettuce, bell pepper strips, cucumber slices, and radish slices on top. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with watercress, and serve.
