Ingredients
- 2 bunches basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
- 500 g sea bream fillet
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice

Wash and dry the basil, shake off excess water, pick off leaves and roughly chop. Peel and coarsely chop the garlic, add to the basil with pine nuts, season with salt and pepper, then blend into a smooth paste while gradually adding olive oil and parmesan until a thick cream forms; taste.

Rinse the sea bream fillets, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
