Basilic Pesto with Walnuts

The basil pesto with walnuts from Spoonsparrow tastes deliciously nutty and is the ideal pasta companion.

Ingredients

  • 2 Handfuls Basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml mild olive oil
  • 40 g walnut kernels
  • 40 g freshly grated Parmesan
  • Salt

    Wash and dry the basil leaves. Peel the garlic and blend it with the other ingredients in a blender or process them into pesto using a mortar and pestle. Season with a little salt.
