Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna (140 g each, drained weight)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch Basil
- 30 g Walnuts
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Lime
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 tbsp vegetable broth (instant)
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 500 g garganelli (short twisted tube pasta, or penne as substitute)
- herb leaf (for garnish)

Drain the tuna. Rinse herbs, shake dry and roughly chop. Roughly chop walnuts. Peel garlic and also roughly chop. Wash lime and pat dry. Grate lime zest, squeeze juice. Blend olive oil, vegetable broth, 1/3 of tuna, herbs, walnuts, and garlic in a blender until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice.

Cook garganelli according to package instructions in plenty of salted water. Drain pasta. Break remaining tuna into flakes. Mix pesto and tuna-pesto with the pasta and serve garnished with herb leaves.
