Before serving, use a poultry shears to cut the chicken pieces smaller if desired and optionally separate the meat from the bones. Toss the cooked chicken with an additional tablespoon of barbecue sauce. Divide the couscous salad onto four plates. Arrange the roasted chicken on top and serve immediately.
