Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 pomelo (or grapefruit as substitute)
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 physalis (cape gooseberries)
- Cinnamon
Instructions

Halve the banana, remove 2 slices with peel and set aside.

Peel the remaining banana and roughly chop it. Cut the pomelo in half, juice it, and blend the juice with the banana, buttermilk, and honey in a blender. Pour the banana-pomelo smoothie into two glasses.

Decorate with banana slices and physalis, then sprinkle cinnamon on top.
