Acai Summer Bowl by Spoonsparrow is always delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 pineapple
  • 120 g Raspberries
  • 225 ml Coconut milk
  • 120 g Frozen blueberries
  • 2 Dates
  • 3 tbsp Acai powder
  • 4 strawberries
  • 50 g blackberries
  • 40 g granola

Instructions

    Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the pit. Peel, core, and chop the pineapple into large pieces. Gently wash the raspberries. Set aside some pineapple cubes and raspberries for topping. Blend the mango, pineapple, raspberries with coconut milk, blueberries, dates, and acai powder until creamy, then pour into two bowls.

    For the topping, wash any remaining berries and trim if necessary. Quarter the strawberries. Garnish the Acai Summer Bowl with the leftover pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, and granola.
