Ingredients

  • 40 g Buckwheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 40 g Oats
  • 1 Banana
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 100 ml Plant drink (Plant milk)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions

    Mix flour with baking powder and oats. Mash the banana with a fork and add it to the flour mixture. Stir in cinnamon and raspberries, then add plant drink as desired consistency.

    Now gently mix everything together. Add a little more liquid if needed.

    Put coconut oil in a pan and fry the banana oat pancakes one after another on both sides.
