Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 500 ml whey
  • 2 tbsp sea buckthorn juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Lemon balm (for garnish)

Instructions

    Cut the banana into pieces and place them in a blender.

    Add the whey, sea buckthorn juice, and honey, then blend vigorously until smooth.
