Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 limes (juice)
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 30 g cacao nibs (2 Tbsp)
  • 30 g chopped pistachios (2 Tbsp)

Instructions

    Halve the avocados, remove the pits and scoop out the flesh. Dice it and mix with lime juice. Peel the bananas, cut them into small pieces and combine with the avocado cubes; freeze for at least 2 hours.

    Remove everything from the freezer about 15 minutes before serving and let it soften slightly. Quickly blend with an immersion blender until creamy, then pour immediately into pre‑chilled glasses. Sprinkle chopped cacao nibs and pistachios over the top.
