Baked Tofu

Ingredients
- 500 g natural tofu
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Eggs (size M)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 50 g Pistachios
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp sesame paste
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp mandarin filet
- optional rocket or herbs for garnish
Instructions

Slice tofu into 1 cm thick slices. Drizzle with soy sauce and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Whisk eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop pistachios and mix with breadcrumbs.

Remove tofu slices from the marinade, let drain (reserve soy sauce for dip). First coat in flour, then in eggs, and finally in the pistachio-breadcrumb mixture.

Heat oil. Fry tofu slices over medium heat, turning both sides, until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes per side.

For the dip blend sesame paste, reserved soy sauce, olive oil, and mandarin (reserve some for garnish). Season with salt and pepper.

Serve tofu garnished with rocket or herbs and mandarin segments. Offer extra dip on the side.
