Ingredients
- 500 g sheep cheese (e.g., feta)
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 4 tbsp black olives
- 80 g large caper berries
- oregano
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Pepper

Slice the sheep cheese and distribute it in small ramekins. Halve the cherry tomatoes, remove stems, and spread them over the cheese. Drain the olives, optionally pit them, and add to the cheese. Sprinkle oregano on top.

Place the ramekins in a preheated oven with the grill function and bake until the cheese melts. Then scatter the large caper berries over the baked sheep cheese, drizzle everything with olive oil, season with pepper as desired, and serve immediately.
