- 1 kg new potatoes
- Salt
- 1 EL Butter
- 100 g blue-veined cheese
- nutmeg
- white pepper
- 1 EL freshly chopped chervil
- chervil (for garnish)

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in salted water for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220°C fan.

Remove the potatoes from the water, cut them lengthwise in half and hollow out the centers. Place the hollowed potatoes in a heatproof dish and mix the potato flesh with butter and crumbled cheese. Season with salt, nutmeg, pepper, stir in chervil, and fill the potatoes. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve garnished with chervil.
