Ingredients
- 12 pre‑cooked shrimp
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Pinch Salt
- white pepper
- 1 chili pepper
- 12 wooden skewers
- Lemon juice

Cut the chili into quarters, mix with the oil in a small bowl. Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves. Season with salt and white pepper, then coat the shrimp in the mixture. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Drain the shrimp well, skewer them, and grill briefly on both sides. Be careful not to place the shrimp over the hottest part of the grill, or they will become tough. Serve the grilled shrimp immediately.
