Ingredients

  • 4 medium porcini mushrooms
  • 1 nori sheet
  • 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 16 crab chips (krupuk)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C with fan and bake. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and cut each in half lengthwise. Cut the nori sheet into 16 strips about 1.5x9 cm. Brush both sides lightly with balsamic vinegar and wrap around the mushrooms. Mix the oil with a little salt and pepper, then brush the mushrooms. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

    Arrange the crab chips on a plate. Brush the mushrooms with the remaining balsamic vinegar and place them on top.
