  • 10 small apples (e.g., Golden Delicious)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 200 g blue cheese (e.g., Gorgonzola)
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

    Wash the apples, halve them and remove the core. Place the halves cut side up on a rack. Mix honey with lemon juice and brush the cut surfaces. Crumble the cheese over the apples. Sprinkle walnuts and rosemary, season with pepper. Brush remaining lemon-honey mixture and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
